The APRA insurance license was granted to allow this organisation to transition from a membership-based organsiation to licensed insurer. Delivered the full suite of FSRA compliance documentation including capital model, risk management plan, business processes and business strategy plans.
iBean has been responsible for the implementation

insurance products. Responsibilities have included specification of business requirements,
facilitating workshops, business processes, marketing collateral,
management of system developments, testing and staff training.
New products introduced into the market in a timely manner. Development of transitional systems provided clear definition of business rules and enabled more efficient core system development.
Managed the annual renewal process for 10,000 members over three consecutive years. The project included managing such diverse items as: project planning and monitoring, system amendments; stakeholder management, customer communications, rate setting; capital modelling; roadshows and product launches.
All members renewed in accordance with required timeframe and budget. Created a manual that included processes, documentation, project plans and training material that allowed that streamlined the project management, and enabled a successful handover back to the business for ongoing management.
Responsible for managing the implementation of a complaint tracking system across a number of public transport operators. Coordinated multiple go-live dates and achieved common complaint categories that allowed consistent reporting of complaints across multiple operators.
